What we hold, and for how long
- A demo
- Your name, email, the link or file, and your note.
- Deleted 90 days after you send it

- Your name, email, topic, message and our replies.

- One line per page view or play. Your address is turned into a code with a key that changes daily and is destroyed within 48 hours, so views link up only on the same day.

Why we use it
- Demos and messages: to answer you. Our legitimate interest as a label.
- New-release emails and reminders: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Visits, logs, form records and spam checks: to run the site and keep it safe. Our legitimate interest.
On your device
We set one cookie, PHPSESSID, only when you send a form. It keeps that form
together and is deleted when you close your browser. It is strictly necessary. When you start filling in
the contact or demo form, a spam check from our security provider loads and may store data in your browser
for that check.
Who else receives it
- Our hosting and security providers deliver the site and check the contact and demo forms for spam. They may process data outside the UK, under standard contract safeguards.
- Artwork and audio load from content.jwhive.com and stream.jwhive.com, which are ours.

links take you to other services, under their own policies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, copy, correct or delete what we hold, restrict it, or object to its use. Use the
contact form and choose Something else
; it arrives as a general enquiry,
and we reply within a month. Every release email has an unsubscribe link, and we keep a record of the
unsubscribe so you stay off the list.
You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
